Cherabella Terms of Service

This website is run by me and the three wonderful women who work alongside me, lovingly called Team Queen. When I say “we”, “us” or “our”, I’m referring to the Cherabella team.

By using this site or purchasing something from the shop, you’re agreeing to the policies and terms outlined here. They’re simply in place to keep everything clear, safe and fair for everyone.

Products & Descriptions

The tuning forks generally arrive identical, but every crystal bowl in the collection is unique. Small variations in colour, tone and appearance naturally occur.

I always aim to describe each bowl as accurately as possible, but differences can happen due to lighting, screens and the handmade nature of crystal instruments.

Pricing & Availability

Because the collection is always in motion, and bowls are also sold in person at the Crystal Castle in London, prices and availability may shift from time to time.

If something you’ve ordered is no longer available, I’ll reach out personally to explore our options.

Accuracy of Information

I do my best to keep all information on this site up-to-date, but I cannot guarantee that descriptions, images or stock levels are always error-free.

Care & Responsibility (Important)

Crystal singing bowls are delicate instruments and must be handled with care.

Once your bowl has been safely delivered, it becomes your responsibility to look after it.

Cherabella is not liable for any damage caused by accidents, drops, mishandling or improper storage after delivery.

If a bowl cracks, chips or breaks after it arrives safely with you, it is not eligible for return, refund or replacement. Please take care when storing, transporting and playing your bowl. I’ve managed a decade without smashing one myself, even though bowls around me have been smashed or damaged by others, so I truly believe your bowl can be with you for many years with awareness and care.

Damage During Transit

If your bowl arrives damaged, please contact me within 24 hours with clear photos of the bowl and packaging so I can support you with a replacement or refund depending on stock.

Limitation of Liability

Cherabella is not liable for any injury, loss or damage arising from misuse of our products. Crystal bowls produce sound frequencies that should be played with awareness and sensitivity. By purchasing from Cherabella, you accept full responsibility for how you use your bowl.

Changes to Terms

These Terms may be updated from time to time. The most current version will always appear here. Continued use of the site indicates acceptance of any updates.
