Shipping Policy
Every bowl is packed with love and care, and protected to ensure it arrives safely in your hands.
Processing Time
We aim to prepare and ship within 1–3 working days, and to fulfil all bowl orders within one week at most.
If there’s ever a delay, we’ll let you know as soon as possible.
UK Shipping
• All UK orders ship via tracked, insured and signed-for courier
• Delivery usually takes 2–5 working days
International Shipping
We ship Cherabella bowls worldwide.
Because international courier prices vary depending on location, insurance and parcel size, shipping is calculated at checkout to give you the most accurate rate.
If you’d like an estimate before ordering, just message me and we can explore the approximate cost together.
*In rare cases where international shipping costs significantly exceed the standard rate, I may reach out to arrange the best solution together.
Cherabella Shipping Rates (UK Only)
Crystal Singing Bowls
• £15 for one bowl
• £30 for two bowls
• £45 for three bowls
(and so on at £15 per bowl)
Because crystal bowls are fragile, each bowl must travel in its own protective box. This means multiple-bowl orders will incur separate shipping charges per bowl.
Tuning Forks
• £7 for one fork
• £11 for two forks
• £15 for three forks
(For larger orders we combine shipping where possible.)
Packaging & Protection
Each bowl is wrapped securely in reinforced packaging to ensure safe travel.
If your bowl arrives damaged, please email within 24 hours with photos of the bowl and packaging.
